Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips, MD, is board-certified in Urology and is a clinical professor at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences.

He graduated with honors from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his residency training in General Surgery and Urology at The George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Phillips is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Prior to joining The GW Medical Faculty Associates, Dr. Phillips maintained a private practice closely affiliated with the medical training program at The George Washington University. His clinical interests include sexual dysfunction, neurogenic bladder disease, incontinence, benign prostatic hyperplasia and urologic prosthetics. He also has extensive experience in the treatment of urologic cancers, as well as stone disease. He is director of The GW Medical Faculty Associates Center for Sexual Health and an active participant in its Center for Pelvic Health.
