Facial Plastic Surgery and Reconstruction

Tom Shokri, MDDr. Shokri is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery (ABOHNS). He is an Assistant Professor of Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery and Director of Facial Trauma/Mohs Reconstruction. Dr. Shokri performs reconstructive plastic surgery needed for trauma wounds. This includes rhinoplasty and facial reanimation surgery. He also collaborates with sleep medicine to implant the Inspire hypoglossal stimulator device.

Dr. Shokri's clinical facial plastic surgery interests include facelift and neck lift (rhytidectomy), nasal surgery (rhinoplasty), deviated septum surgery (septoplasty), eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), facial and nasal injuries, surgical rehabilitation of facial paralysis, and minimally invasive and endoscopic facial cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Shokri earned his medical degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He completed his residency at Penn State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, and his fellowship at Baylor All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
