Health Records Online is a secure, online service from The George Washington University Hospital that lets you view select medical records online, from the comfort and convenience of your home or office, 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
Health Records Online lets you see a summary of your medical record, including:
- Inpatient summary reports
- Transition of Care documents
- Lab results
- Medication list
- Radiology reports
How to Get Started
To enroll, you'll need to make an in-person visit to the hospital for security reasons. When you are at the hospital, just give us your email address at registration and we will send you an invitation to enroll.
