Previously, Kathryn has held executive leadership positions that included Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at Inova Health System and Senior HR Advisor at AARP. She is an accomplished senior level executive with a consistent track record of developing systems, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement infrastructures to optimize performance and enhance organizational culture.

Kathryn received a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia State University and is a candidate for a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She is also an alumnus of Leadership Fairfax, Inc.
