E. Britton Chahine, MD is Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology for The George Washington University Medical Center. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics.

Dr. Chahine's solid academic background, research, and training are focused on OB/GYN, gynecologic oncology, and pelvic surgery. She has given presentations across the United States and has many publications, including a chapter entitled "Exercise in Pregnancy and Beyond" in Orthopedic Sports Medicine.

Dr. Chahine received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She received her medical education from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. After a four-year residency at Vanderbilt University, Dr. Chahine completed her fellowship in pelvic surgery at Emory University. She practiced for two years in the private sector and in 2002 returned to academic medicine at The George Washington University.

Nancy Gaba, MD, FACOG, is an associate professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology for The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Her clinical interests are in menstrual dysfunction, management and treatment of fibroids, female sexual function and dysfunction, adolescent gynecology, cervical abnormalities, colposcopy and management of HPV. She is the Director of the Division of General Gynecology.

Dr. Gaba has presented at national meetings including the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO) and the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG). She has been nationally recognized for her commitment to improving medical education, and in 2006 completed the prestigious Ethicon Educational Scholars Program, sponsored by the Association of Professors of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Additionally, Dr. Gaba has published in major medical journals including The American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and The Journal of Reproductive Medicine, and has longstanding service as the Director of the OB/GYN Residency Program at The George Washington University.

Dr. Gaba completed her medical education at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and was administrative chief resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Gaba received a BA in biopsychology from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY.

James K. Robinson, MD, MS

James K. Robinson, MD, MS, is a board certified OB/GYN who performs minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic gynecologic procedures including myomectomy, pelvic prolapse repair, excision of endometriosis, and total and subtotal laparoscopic hysterectomy.

Dr. Robinson is an assistant professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology for The George Washington University School of Medicine. His clinical interests are in dysfunctional uterine bleeding, fibroids, pelvic floor prolapse and urinary incontinence, and chronic pelvic pain.

Dr. Robinson has presented at major national meetings including the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL), and the Association of Professors of Gynecology and Obstetrics (APGO). He has been awarded numerous honors including the Jay M. Cooper, MD Endowed Award for best Fellowship Paper in Minimally Invasive Surgery and the Golden Hysteroscope Award for Best Hysteroscopy Paper, both presented nationally by the AAGL. He has published in major medical journals and has professional interests in gynecologic endoscopy, resident surgical education and surgical simulation.

Dr. Robinson completed his fellowship in Gynecologic Endoscopy at Newton-Wellesley Hospital's Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Center in Newton,MA and his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. He graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin after completing a Master of Science degree in Education at Mankato State University. Dr. Robinson earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin.
