OrthopaedicsThe Department of Orthopaedic Surgery offers a full range of surgical and nonsurgical treatment of orthopaedic problems. Our staff includes specialists in the following areas:

Total Joint Replacement Center
Evaluation and treatment of hip and knee problems including arthritis surgery and joint replacement.

Spine Surgery
Evaluation and treatment of degenerative and congenital spine disorders such as scoliosis, spinal stenosis, ruptured or herniated discs, fractures of the spine, arthritis of the spine, spinal infections and tumors of the spinal column.

Hand, Shoulder and Elbow Surgery
Evaluation and treatment of hand, shoulder and elbow injuries, arthritis, congenital deformities, upper extremity joint replacement, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendon problems, rotator cuff problems, sports-related injuries and instability problems of the shoulder. The hand, shoulder and elbow team is nationally and internationally recognized for its expertise in providing quality care.

Foot and Ankle Surgery
Evaluation and treatment of many problems of foot and ankle including deformities, bunions, hammer toes, ankle injuries, diabetic foot disorders, ligament fractures and other trauma of the ankle and leg.

Traumatic Orthopedic Injuries
Evaluation and treatment of all fractures and dislocations of all joints of the body, the extremities and spine.

Sports Medicine
Evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries and overuse syndromes, rehabilitation, arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
