Advanced Care and Research The GW Women's Heart Program is part of an academic medical center, our patients have access to a variety of clinical trials not available elsewhere. Recent research trials include studies about estrogen therapy, lipids, hypertension, diabetes prevention and treatment. These trials provide opportunities for women to obtain treatment and counseling services while contributing to the advancement of medical research for women.

Cardiovascular Disease and Women Dr. Susan Bennett, is Clinical Director of The Women's Heart Program. She is currently the investigator for number of ongoing clinical research studies that are being conducted through her outpatient office.
